Loved the friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast is very basic, would like eggs as an option.

The Concierge were very helpful, especially Carlos.The location was excellent for Mendoza city centre. The maids were very good at keeping the rooms spotless. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in Argentina.
The pool was very small,more a plunge pool. The bedrooms are on the roadside which can be noisy especially Friday and Saturday! A little on the expensive side.

Spacious, with bedroom separate from the kitchen/living area and large balcony. Walking distance to bus station and thr city centre. Clean and reasonably quiet.
Sleepy breakfast staff who show little interest. Not a lot of kitchen equipment.

Extended our stay at the Reina Victoria Suites as the staff were very personable and helpful. Lots to see and do in Mendoza. Staff especially Paola and Augustina were especially helpful with tour information, directions and answering any questions we might have. Central location close to shopping, restaurants and the ability to cook yourself if tired of restaurant food.Recommend this hotel highly! mature couple travelling from Canada

Location, size of apartment, very helpful staff including those for breakfast. Special mention to an English speaking man at reception who arranged our wine tasting visits, done by public transport.
Lacks some kitchen utensils. E.G. tin opener, sharp knife. As always no plug for sinks.
